Roastmaster app good for
Covers the whole journey from green bean inventory, through roasting, blending, brewing, tasting.
Great attention to detail, yet lets you track the basics or the minutia.
Best of class, get it and get busy roasting...
I was not to keen on spending 10$ at first, but after using the app, I can confirm that its well worth the price, especially since its a Universal app. Every feature is well thought and the whole interface is very polished. Furthermore, the developer responded to my questions in a very quick manner and took the time to explain things in a very detailed way. Its nice to see people passionate about their products.
Highly recommended for anyone who likes coffee !
This app has nearly everything that I was looking for and overall, it is very nicely put together! There are a couple things I would like to see added: the ability to take photos of your roast and store it with the profile (I noticed this is mentioned on the website - is it on the way?); also the ability in import and export roast curves would be useful (as csv or other text format). Also regarding the curves, I was looking for a way to be able to view several curves superimposed on one plot and I couldnt figure out how to do it. I am not sure if this feature is available and I just cant find it, but in any case this is a feature I would like to see implemented (or implemented in a more intuitive way).

The latest updates are great! The developer is always improving the app and thinking of things important to a roaster even before I mention them. Keep up the great work.
I started using Roastmaster as a hobbyist, and have continued with it as I transitioned into a small business owner/micro-roaster. And this app has performed exceptionally at every step of the way. The developer is a roaster himself, a coffee industry professional, and a talented app developer...and all-around great human! I cant say enough good things about the app and developer. Tip o the hat!
I have never paid more than a buck or two for an app but this one just looked too good and it has delivered big time. I have used paper logs to log all of my roasts up until now. Roastmaster has taken the place of my big 3 ring binder full of logs. No more digging through to see how that last fantastic Burundi was roasted. Just look it up and all the info is there!! With my Gene Cafe, repeating results is easier than ever!! I also love the inventory tracking. Actually, I love every aspect of this app. It was so worth the $$!! Awesome!!
Some bad moments
Very unfriendly. I couldnt get anything from this crappy app.
This app has its usefulness, but it is not worth the $10 I paid. It has a very non-intuitive feel, and features seem to change with no warning or pattern. Sometimes I am able to compare a current roast profile with a historic one, but then that feature drops out mid-roast. For the cost, I expected much more.
Dont waste your time. It takes longer to use the program than to roast coffee. Create your own in numbers. Way faster doing it your way. Thumbs down
